Mr. Adeniyi is a consummate finance and investment professional with specialist knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management, Investment Banking Services and the financial markets.

He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bestworth Assets & Trust Limited.

He had previously worked with Metropolitan Securities Limited, Olfa Finance & Investment Company Limited and Prudential Securities Limited.

Sola, an alumnus of Harvard Business School also holds a first degree in Economics and a degree of Master of Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and currently pursuing a Ph. D program at Tilburg University, Netherlands

Emeka is a seasoned finance and investment professional with expert knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management, Investment Banking Services and the financial markets.

Before joining BST Capital as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Emeka worked at various times in the following organizations: Coronation Securities Limited (Subsidiary of Coronation Merchant Bank) as MD/CEO; Royal Trust Securities Ltd as MD/CEO; Urbane Stockbrokers Limited (now Belfry Investments Ltd) as MD/CEO;  Marina Securities Ltd as Head, Securities Trading Dept. and Diamond Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Diamond Bank PLC) as  Head, Stock Market Operations.

Emeka holds a B. Sc and M. Sc degrees in Marketing, obtained from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Lagos respectively. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with (Banking and Finance Option) from Federal University of Technology Owerri.

He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange; Fellow, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management; and Associate, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

Mrs Adeniyi is Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of Bestworth Assets and Trust Limited. Mrs Adeniyi has over 12 years senior management experience in the finance industry.

Prior to joining the organization, she was Managing Director, Urbane Stockbrokers Limited from 1994 to 2000 having risen through the ranks from Operations Manager, General Manager and Executive Director between 1992 to 1994.

She holds an MBA in International Business and a Barchelors degree in Geography and Regional Planning. She has attended several courses, including the Fixed Income Securities and Alternative Investment Course at the New York Institute of Finance. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Mr J. Molebi Okoro, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, and past President of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON). He is a Chartered Secretary and Alumnus of the Harvard Business School of Boston, Mass., U.S.A.

He is a man of impeccable integrity with vast international connections in the management consultancy profession. Mr Okoro brings his wide and varied experience to impact on the business of Bestworth Assets and Trust Limited.

Jessica is head, Public Advisory and Business Development Department of our Lagos office. She has over 33 years experience in core Capital Market Activities, with strong background in key areas of Business Marketing; Research; Development and Business Strategy. Dr. Jessica has at various times served as MD/CEO, COO, Chief Dealer, and Head of Units of Stockbroking, Financial Management Firms, and Opinion Research Institutes, both in Nigeria and United Kingdom. Nicknamed “Lady B” – “The Lady Builder” by some of her friends, Dr. Jessica has had the opportunities of starting some of the Firms she worked in from – licensing stage till they became fully functional.

Dr. Jessica acquired her early training and experiences in United Kingdom. She took her professional course in Personnel and Institutional Management at Slough University Berkshire, England; and later on joined the International Consortium of Universities and Colleges for her BA, MA, and PhD in Political Science – under Christian education. Dr. Jessica has also attended many other related courses to her profession, both in Nigeria, and Abroad i.e. the Australian National Mutual Financial Management Training; the Mori Opinion Research Training; and the Prestigious – Lagos Business School programme for senior managers etc. Dr. Jessica is a Fellow of the Faith Christian Theological Seminaries; associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; associate member of Chartered Institute of Management, and associate member of certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
